Jeannie has 22 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in the State of California, and 12 years experience in management, training and recruiting sales associates.
Jeannie’s experience in the film industry, working at Universal Studios with Steven Spielberg, as his Director of Story for Amazing Stories, and with Don Bellisario on Quantum Leap, has prepared her to work hard beyond client expectations. Her enegy level is high, and her work ethic is strong. She tries to anticipate the client’s needs and prepare in advance.
She is a skilled negotiator and has utilized that experience to handle challenging real estate transactions, as well as resolving serious buyer and seller issues, which can save a client thousands of dollars, and avert legal hassles. Her ability to provide “beyond the moon” customer services has earned her high praise and repeat business.

Jeannie began her Real Estate career in Los Angeles in the late 80’s as the market was changing (it’s always changing) from a Seller’s market to a buyer’s market. Interest rates were on the decline from double digits. When it reached 9%, Realtors were excited, but not more than the buying market. It needed the boost. But by 1990, the frenzy was over, and with a war, inflation, triple the inventory, and an 18 month supply of homes, it all came to a halt.
It was a difficult time to enter a new career, especially given the market, but Jeannie has a strong reputation amongst her peers…..”she never gives up”.

I love seeing people, couples & families accomplish a dream of owning a home. I have laughed and cried during the move-in’s and the move-out’s.
I moved from Los Angeles in 1996 to manage an office for Coldwell Banker in Pacific Beach and in Carmel Valley. After 12 years of mentoring, managing, hiring, analyzing budgets and running an office, I have returned to sales full time.
I view over 40 properties each week on what we call “Broker Caravan”, from the downtown condo market to the La Jolla, Pacific Beach market. My knowledge of inventory is abundant and vast.
I am a skilled negotiator, and focus on follow up, and pride myself in providing my clients with 110% attention to their needs.
